Bantam Logistics Limited was incorporated on 31st July 2009, by Paul Austin-Fynn.
Employed at Scanship (Ghana) Limited in the year 2000, Paul had desire to become a freight forwarder. Eight years later, he enrolled at the Ghana Institute of Freight Forwarders, where he obtained a FIATA Diploma Certificate and Customs Proficiency Certificate. Thereafter, B.L.L emerged in 2009.
In 2012, Bantam obtained the license to operate as Customs House Agent in the Ports. With this, B.L.L commenced business in 2013 and gradually had a list of clientele to serve in terms of clearing goods of all kinds from the Port of Tema, as well as forwarding exports as across the shores of the country.
In 2016 the company faced recession challenge when business went down. After a thorough deliberations and brainstorming, B.L.L decided in July 2018, to add trading of Agric. Commodities, notably raw cashew nuts, into the business.
In July 2019, the company obtained approval to amend its name to read Bantam Logistics & Commodities Limited (B.L.C.L).

Paul worked with Scanship Ghana Limited from the year 2000 to 2005 as Delivery Clerk to Supervisor; and MOL Ghana Limited from 2005 to March 2018 as Import Release Supervisor to Customer Service Manager.
As the M.D of B.L.C.L, Paul’s core duty is Marketing, as the life-line of the organization.
Paul is currently studying for Master of Business Administration – Entrepreneurial Management.

Fifteen (15) years-experience in Accountancy and Banking; worked with Palb Pharmacy from 2000 to 2003 as Account Officer and with N.I.B. from 2003 to 2015 as junior Clerk to Assistant Officer.
She is the company’s Secretary.
Middle School Leaving Certificate; Customs Exemption Certificates, Thirty Nine (39) years working experience in Customs Revenue Collection.
Worked with Customs Excise and Preventive Service (now Customs Division of G.R.A) as Clerical Assistant to Senior Collector.
He is the Director in Charge of Operations.
Christian Mensah is affable and solution-focused person who believes in leadership and empowerment as a means to identify, develop and unleash the potential of customers.
Christian has sucessfully completed courses and research for the masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Cardiff Metropolitan University, U.K, along side bachelor of Art (BA) in Applied Accounting at Anglia Ruskin Univeristy in U.K.
He has over 20 years working experience in the maritime industry.
He brings to Bantam Logistics ans Commodities Limited years of expertise and wide range of experience in port operations and export documentation procedures.
